Experimenting with recipes for strawberry cupcakes.

Sherri Miller: I've always loved to bake! I baked with my Mom and my Grandmother when I was a little girl. Desserts were always my favorite! But having lived in France, England and Germany for over 22 years, I learned even more from some of the best bakers and pastry chefs......and their great recipes! Now I live in a little cottage in the quaint village of Cazenovia, New York and deliver locally fresh homemade desserts. I bake everything from scratch, using the best ingredients I can find. I import some ingredients from Europe...English and French butter, French chocolate and Madagascar vanilla. But I also try to buy fresh local ingredients...like country eggs,locally grown strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. And of course NY State apples in the autumn. I bake delightfully delicious desserts! Oh yes......why Profiteroles Bakery? They are (and always have been) my favorite dessert!
